The village elects not to require its officials to file an annual financial
disclosure form pursuant to Article 18 of the General Municipal Law.
The Village Clerk is authorized to file, before January 1, 1991, a statement
with the New York State Comptroller's Office and the Temporary State Commission
on Local Government Ethics that the provisions of § 812 (Article
18 of the General Municipal Law) do not apply to the village because it has
elected not to require its officials to file an annual financial disclosure
form.
