The Village Clerk of the Village of Groton is hereby appointed the permit
issuing officer for permits for public displays of fireworks conducted in
conformance with § 405.00 of the Penal Law.
A permit for the public display of fireworks within the Village of Groton
may be issued only upon a showing of compliance with all the requirements
and provisions set forth in § 405.00 of the Penal Law.
All applications for a permit for the public display of fireworks shall
be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of $25.
