It shall be unlawful, except in cases of emergency,
for the owner of any vehicle, or the person having the custody or
control thereof, to repair or suffer the same to be repaired while
such vehicle remains in or upon the public streets or highways or
other public areas of the village, including but not limited to parking
lots and parks.
It shall be unlawful, except in cases of emergency,
for the owner of any vehicle, or the person having custody or control
of said vehicle, to repair said vehicle on the private property of
another person without the written permission of the owner of the
property.

Any person, association, organization, corporation,
company or business entity violating any provision of this Part 4
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250; which charge, under
this Part 4, shall be a petty offense or infraction, and not a crime.
The continuation or repeat of a violation of, or failure to comply
with, any provision of this Part 4 shall constitute, for each occurrence
that transpires or each day on which the violation continues, a separate
and distinct charge hereunder.
