The purpose of this article is to permit a notice concerning changes in the Town of Mamakating assessment calendar as well as other materials in the nature of an informational bulletin to be enclosed yearly with state, Town and county tax bills prepared and mailed every year by the Town of Mamakating Assessor and/or collector.
The Town of Mamakating Assessor and/or collecting officer is hereby authorized to enclose with each property tax bill every January sent to owners of real property in the Town of Mamakating a notice concerning changes in the assessment calendar and/or materials in the nature of an informational bulletin and/or questionnaire.
