[The Town of Manchester has granted a
partial exemption on real property taxes for persons 65 years of age
and over. Current legislation describing maximum allowable income
and amount of exemption is on file in the office of the Town Clerk.
The most recent amendment to this legislation was L.L. No. 2-1997,
adopted 2-11-1997.]
