No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged
any stormwater, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, outside footing
drains or other unpolluted waters to any sanitary sewer. No industrial
wastes shall be discharged to any sanitary sewer, except as permitted
by the Division.
No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently
break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure,
appurtenance or equipment which is a part of the Village sewerage
works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate
arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
