The Board of Trustees hereby adopts rules and procedure regarding public
access to records in accordance with Freedom of Information Act as follows.

The fiscal officer of the village regarding payroll information is the
Village Treasurer, and payroll information is available at the office at the
Village Hall, 151 Front Street, Massapequa Park, New York.

The records access officer is the Village Clerk.

Records shall be available at the office of the Village Clerk between
the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. during business hours.
A list of records categories shall be available in the office of the
Village Administrator.

All requests shall be made in writing on forms provided by the Village
Clerk.

Copies of records will be made upon request in accordance with the fee schedule set by law or, in those cases not covered, at the rate provided in Chapter
A350, Fees.
