No person shall drive, operate, park or store any snowmobile, minibike, motorcycle, automobile or other motor vehicle in any part of the parks of the Village of Maybrook, except on designated drives and parking areas, unless prior written permission has been given by the Village Board of Trustees.
Any police officer shall have the power to seize and confiscate any motor vehicle in the park used in violation of this article.
Violation of any provision of this article shall be punishable as provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, Penalties for Offenses.
