§ 100-5 Compliance required.

After the effective date of this chapter, no building or structure or land or any part thereof in the Village shall be used or maintained for any purpose other than the uses permitted therefor by this chapter. No building, structure or part of a building or structure in the Village shall be erected, altered, converted, enlarged, demolished or maintained except in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, nor shall any building, structure or part of a building or structure in the Village be used or maintained if erected, converted or enlarged other than in conformity with the provisions of this chapter.
