The Town Clerk is hereby designated as Records
Access Officer for all records on file with the Town.
Records are available during regular business
hours at the Town Clerk’s office.

The Town Clerk may charge fees related to records
requests made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law, which fees
shall be in the amounts permitted by said law and shall be paid for
by the corporation, partnership, limited-liability company or other
entity making such request.
