A security deposit of $5,000 will be required at time of application, which will be held in escrow and applied toward fees. The applicant shall replenish the escrow account upon demand by the Village.
**These fees may be adjusted by Board resolution for independent and student films.

Penalty assessments
All utility payments are due upon receipt and must be paid within 30 days of the bill date. Penalties will be assessed for nonpayment as follows:
1 to 30 days after due date
5% of total bill
31 to 60 days after due date
Additional 3% of total bill
61 to 75 days after due date
Certified mailing: cost of mailing will be added to outstanding bill/penalties
Final shutoff notices
The Village of Warwick Code states that water will be shut off if a bill is not paid within 60 days of the date of the bill. A shutoff fee of $50 and a reconnect fee of $50 will be assessed.
Door knockers will be delivered as a final payment notice before water is shut off.
