It shall be unlawful to leave a vehicle unattended within the limits
of a private way when such parking of a vehicle obstructs the means of access
for fire apparatus.
[Amended 5-3-2005 ATM, Art. 38]
The owner and/or his agent shall be subject to a fine of $200 a day
for each violation.
