[Former Ch. A235, Cable Television, adopted 5-23-1979 by Ord. No.
67, was repealed 9-19-1994 by Ord. No 94-32. Said ordinance also provided
that Ultracom of Montgomery County, Inc., d/b/a Adelphia Cable Communications,
the sole franchisee under said Chapter A235 of the Code of Montgomery Township,
shall be permitted to continue to operate its cable system within Montgomery
Township pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter A235 by resolution of
the Board of Supervisors of Montgomery Township until such time as the franchisee
either executes a new franchise agreement or its franchise rights are terminated.
