A. 
No vehicle more than 20 feet in length may park on the north side of Main Street between North Dearman Street and North Astor Street, except a fuel oil, coal or moving van for loading or unloading.
B. 
No vehicle may park on the north side of Main Street between North Dearman Street and North Astor Street, unless the same is parked with the right side thereof at an angle of not more than 30º to the curb with the right front wheel in contact with the curb.
C. 
No vehicle may be parked more than 12 inches from the curb.
D. 
No vehicle shall be parked on a hill or incline without having a front wheel in contact with the curb in such a manner so that if the hand brake is released the curb will prevent movement of the vehicle.
E. 
No vehicle shall be parked with the left side to the curb except on one-way streets. Vehicles parked on one-way streets must park in the designated direction of travel.
F. 
Where lines or other markings are provided on any street to indicate parking spaces, no vehicle shall be parked across any line or marking or in such position so that the vehicle shall not be entirely within the area designated or indicated by such lines or markings.
G. 
In areas where there is no-limit parking, no vehicle may be parked for more than 24 hours.
H. 
No vehicle shall be parked in any area clearly marked for handicapped persons unless said vehicle displays the official handicapped permit as described under § 1203-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York.
