Pursuant to § 59.19, Wis. Stats.,
the County Board Chairperson of Price County is hereby designated
as the Administrative Coordinator of Price County, effective January
1, 1987.
Pursuant to § 59.03(1), Wis. Stats.,
the County Board of Supervisors of Price County hereby assigns the
powers and duties of overseeing, coordinating and managing the affairs
of the various County departments to the County Board committee which
is assigned jurisdiction over the department under the standing rules
of the County Board. The director of each such department shall operate
the department on a day-to-day basis and shall answer to the committee
with jurisdiction over his or her department under this section for
the administration of programs operated by the department.
No administrative order of the Administrative
Coordinator shall be effective unless the proposed order has been
submitted for review by the County Board Executive Committee. If the
Executive Committee does not object to the proposed order within 30
days, the order may be issued. If the Executive Committee objects
by adopting a motion to prohibit issuance of the order, the Executive
Committee report shall be referred to the next County Board meeting
for action by the full County Board. If the full County Board sustains
the action of the Executive Committee, the proposed order may not
be issued. If the full County Board adversely disposes of the Executive
Committee action, the proposed order may be issued.
The Administrative Coordinator shall have such
staff, office space and supplies as are allocated to him or her by
the County Board.
The County Board hereby reserves the right to
designate any other officer, appointed or elected, as Administrative
Coordinator at any time.

The Highway Commissioner, upon satisfactorily
completing the initial term of office, is hereby granted an indefinite
term in office, all pursuant to Senate Bill 201, 1989 Wisconsin Act
171, enacted by the Wisconsin State Legislature April 5, 1990, and
published April 20, 1990.
