The Municipal Engineer or his municipal assignee shall
inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater
management facilities.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Municipal Engineer
determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are
not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management
plan, the Municipal Engineer shall notify the contractor and developer
of the deviation from the approved stormwater management plan.
