[Adopted 4-24-2001 by L.L. No. 1-2001]
The provisions of Real Property Tax Law § 1903,
concerning homestead base proportions, are hereby adopted.
The homestead base proportions shall be established
by resolution of the City Council of the City of Glen Cove in accordance
with the rules of the State Board of Equalization and Assessment,
and shall apply to taxes levied on the 2001 final assessment roll
and to taxes levied on subsequent rolls, until this local law shall
be repealed.
This article shall take effect May 1, 2001.
