Any person who knowingly harbors, hides, secrets, shelters or otherwise keeps a juvenile away from the parental or legal guardian's home without that parent's or legal guardian's permission shall be found guilty of harboring juveniles.
Any person found guilty of harboring juveniles shall be assessed a fine not to exceed $1,000 or imprisoned not to exceed 90 days, or both.
