[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Monticello 1-5-1976 (Ch. 175
of the 1976 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Subsequent to the enactment of this chapter, all utility lines
and master antenna lines and cables on new streets in the Village
of Monticello shall be placed below the surface of the ground prior
to the acceptance of said streets by the Village, unless the Village
Planning Board recommends otherwise to the Village Board of Trustees.
