It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit
any substance on the streets in the Village in violation of Vehicle
and Traffic Law § 1219 or 1220.
Every owner or occupant of any house or other
building or any owner or occupant of any vacant lot within the corporate
limits of the Village shall, during the winter season and during the
time snow shall continue on the ground, keep the sidewalk in front
of such house, building or vacant lot free from snow.
