Attachment 1 - Schedule A Northland Public Library Agreement
The Council of the Borough of Bradford Woods, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, under the authority of the Library Code of Pennsylvania, Act of June 14, 1961, P.L. 324,[1] hereby enacts as follows.

The joint agreement among the Borough of Bradford Woods and other municipalities as set forth in Schedule A[1] of this chapter, which agreement provides for the formation and operation of a local library to be known as the “Northland Public Library,” is hereby accepted by the Borough of Bradford Woods.

The proper officers of the Borough are authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the Borough of Bradford Woods the agreement as set forth in Schedule A of this chapter. This agreement may be amended in the future by resolution of Borough Council.
The Northland Public Library, when established, is hereby authorized to provide public library service to the residents and taxpayers of the Borough of Bradford Woods.
