GENERAL REFERENCES
Insurance Fund — See Ch. 55.
There is hereby created and established a fund
to be designated and known as the "Workers' Compensation Insurance
Fund."
There shall be appropriated to such fund such
amounts as may be determined to be necessary and appropriate to meet
the County's workers' compensation obligations as they arise. Such
appropriation shall be by separate bond ordinance and shall be deposited
in a designated County depository as a trust fund for the purpose
of paying such obligations of the County under the provisions of Chapter
15 of Title 34 of the Revised Statutes.
There may be appropriated annually to said fund
such additional moneys as may be necessary or appropriate for the
purpose thereof.
