The position of Deputy Municipal Clerk for the
City of Vineland is hereby established.

The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall have all the powers and perform
all the duties of the Municipal Clerk under the direction of the Municipal
Clerk at any time and for so long as the Municipal Clerk so requires
for the proper operation of the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall be appointed
by City Council and shall hold office coextensive with the term of
office of City Council.
