The Town Board of the Town of Olive establishes a General Fixed Assets Program, as determined by the Office of Audit and Control and set forth in Subsection 3.1060 of the Office of the State Comptroller Financial Management Guide.
The minimum dollar valuation of a fixed asset for inclusion in the inventory is set at a minimum of $100.
The Office of the Supervisor is designated as Property Manager, responsible for the development and maintenance of fixed asset records.
