Graffiti — See Ch. 264.
The participation of Middletown Township in the multijurisdictional
anti-graffiti community development program Towns Against Graffiti
(TAG) is voluntary and desirable to reduce the cost of eliminating
graffiti from the Township.
Funds in the amount of up to $5,000 per year may be contributed
to the Towns Against Graffiti program for the purpose of financing
graffiti removal for as long as Middletown continues to participate.
