Each Township Supervisor of Upper Hanover Township
entering office after the effective date of this article shall receive
compensation as a Supervisor at the maximum amount permitted by the
Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, Article VI, Section 606,
based on the population of Upper Hanover Township.[1]

Each member of the Upper Hanover Township Planning
Commission shall receive compensation as a member in the amount of
$57.50 per meeting. Such compensation to each member of the Planning
Commission shall not exceed $1,500 annually and shall not exceed the
rate of compensation paid to members of the Township's Board of Supervisors.
