The Township intends to and shall follow the
schedule and procedures for disposition of records as set forth in
the Municipal Records Manual approved by the Local Government Records
Committee on December 16, 2008.
The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the Township Secretary
to record meetings of the Board of Supervisors and other Township
entities solely as an aid in preparation of the written minutes of
each such meeting and to record over a recording of a meeting of the
Board of Supervisors or other Township entity after the Board of Supervisors
or other Township body has formally approved the official minutes
for such meeting.
The Board of Supervisors hereby determines that a copy of all
e-mails dealing with official Township business shall be forwarded
to the e-mail address of the Township Secretary or to such other e-mail
address as may be designated by the Township Manager for such purpose.
The Township Secretary shall, as appropriate, either maintain a copy
of the e-mail in an electronic format or print the e-mail and place
it in the appropriate file for the subject of the e-mail. E-mails
relating to official Township business shall be retained and disposed
of in accordance with adopted Township policies.

The Board of Supervisors hereby adopts the policy for requests
for inspection and duplication of public records attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein.
