The provisions of the Freedom of Information
Law (Article 6 of the Public Officers Law), as amended, shall be applicable
to the Village of Plandome Manor, as shall be the rules and regulations
adopted thereunder by the State Committee on Public Access to Records,
subject to the rules and regulations now or hereafter adopted by the
Village Board which are not more restrictive than those adopted by
the State Committee.
The Village Clerk is hereby designated as the
records access officer of the Village of Plandome Manor.
Fees for photocopies of records shall by $0.25
per copy.
Records may be inspected at the Village office during regular
business hours.
The Village of Plandome Manor formally adopts the Records Retention
and Disposition Schedule MU-1 for use by municipalities (cities, towns,
villages and fire districts).
