The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the Board of Supervisors of Darlington Township or their duly authorized representative who shall be designated by title or name, and who shall have the power and authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter by the issuance of stop, cease and desist orders, and by such other means as may be provided in this chapter.
A. 
All preliminary plans and data submitted shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. Any preliminary plan requiring submission to the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors for their approval more than two times shall be accompanied by an additional fee.
B. 
All final plans and data submitted shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee. Any final plans requiring submission to the Planning Commission and the Board of Supervisors for their approval more than two times shall be accompanied by an additional fee.
C. 
All fees shall be made payable to the Township of Darlington, in accordance with a fee schedule to be adopted by the Township's Board of Supervisors, to defray or help defray the cost of inspecting site of proposed mobile home park, and reviewing preliminary and final plans and data submitted.
D. 
All fees submitted are nonrefundable, and the approval or rejection of any plan submitted will not be reason for return of any fee submitted.
Upon receipt of notification of final approval, the developer may proceed with the construction of the mobile home park in compliance with this chapter and according to the final approved plans and data.
A. 
The developer shall notify the Township when the mobile home park is completed according to the approved plans and specifications and all other requirements of this chapter or other ordinances and request an inspection of said mobile home park.
B. 
No permit to operate a mobile home park shall be issued until all requirements of this chapter or other ordinances are complied with according to approved plans, data and specifications.
C. 
The developer shall submit a certificate of registration issued annually by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, proof of such registration and compliance shall also be furnished to the Township each year thereafter.
D. 
After approval by the Township, a permit will be issued to the developer for permission to operate a mobile home park and such permit shall be valid for a period of one year unless otherwise revoked for violation of this chapter.
The developer shall submit with his notice that the mobile home park has been completed, a fee payable to the Township, in accordance with a fee schedule adopted by the Township's Board of Supervisors to defray or help defray the cost of issuing said permit.
Renewal permits for a like period and fee will be issued by the Township upon proof furnished by the developer that the mobile home park continues to be operated in compliance with all laws and ordinances which govern such operation.
A. 
No approval to construct a mobile home park, no permit to operate a mobile home park, no certificate of registration or any other approval given by the Township according to this chapter is transferable unless written notice has been submitted to the Township and approved by the same.
B. 
Every person holding a permit as required by this chapter shall give notice, in writing, to the Township within 24 hours after having sold, transferred, given away, or otherwise disposed of interest in or control of any mobile home park.
C. 
Such notice shall include the name and address of the person succeeding to the ownership or control of such mobile home park.
All mobile home parks in existence at the effective date of this chapter shall submit as a prerequisite to the issuance of a permit to operate a mobile home park the following information:
A. 
Total number of mobile home lots constructed, having in place the necessary facilities installed for the accommodation of a mobile home.
B. 
Submit a certificate of registration showing proof that the mobile home park is operated and maintained in compliance with all the provisions and regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
C. 
All herein required information shall be submitted to the Township within 30 days after the effective date of this chapter.
