A. 
The Town Board, from time to time, shall by resolution establish a User Permit Fee Schedule for the privilege of disposing of garbage, trash, brush, construction and demolition debris, or refuse at the municipal transfer station, formerly the lands of Charles Keefe, situated at the southerly side of Route 212 about 1/2 mile west of Shultis Corners in the Town of Saugerties. The user permit shall be in such form as authorized, from time to time, by the Town Board and shall be for a specific period of time. The User Permit Fee Schedule shall provide for distinct business and private classifications.
B. 
The Town Board, from time to time, shall by resolution establish, in addition to and not in lieu of the user permit fee, a Schedule of Disposal Fees for the collection and disposal of garbage, trash, brush, construction and demolition debris, or refuse at the municipal transfer station on a per-load, volume, weight or other basis.
Nothing in this article shall be construed to amend or repeal Local Law No. 2 of the Year 1989 of the Town of Saugerties,[1] regulating the use of the transfer station and the dumping of garbage, trash, construction and demolition debris, refuse and brush and construction and demolition debris disposal facilities and processing facilities, which local law is hereby ratified and confirmed.
