Any person who desires to receive water from the Colden Water
Districts shall, in connection with his application, pay a charge,
as established from time to time by resolution of the Town Board,
for the tapping of water mains, unless a tap to the main was installed
at the time of original construction.
If service is desired for two separate buildings, the charge shall be the same as for two separate tappings, in accordance with the charges established pursuant to § 105-19.
The Town Water Department may authorize a different size or
type of tap, in extraordinary cases, giving due regard for proper
standards for the preservation of pressures and flow.
A fee established by resolution of the Town Board shall be paid
to the Department upon filing an application for each tapping.
