The following schedule consists of a compilation and consolidation of provisions pertaining to fees for the various applications, licenses and permits required or provided for under the Village Code, rules and regulations. This schedule may be amended by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees. The provisions with respect to which each fee is required may be found in the pertinent chapter of this Code referenced below. Should a person violate a provision of the Municipal Code by failing to obtain a required application, license or permit, the fee for the necessary application, license or permit shall be two times the amount provided in the fee schedule of Chapter A232.
