There shall be a Recreation Commission, known as the "Recreation
Commission of the Town of Newton," consisting of seven members, each
appointed by the Council on a staggered basis to serve a five-year
term. The members shall serve until their respective successors are
appointed and qualify.
The Recreation Commission shall advise the Manager concerning
the recreation program and the use of recreational areas in the Town.
