Code)]
There is hereby created the position of Deputy Municipal Clerk.
The term of office of the Deputy Municipal Clerk shall be one
year.
The Deputy Municipal Clerk shall perform in the absence of the
Municipal Clerk all those specific duties set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133
and in a written job description to be entitled "Deputy Municipal
Clerk," which may be modified or amended from time to time by the
White Township Committee.
Appointment to the office of Deputy Municipal Clerk shall not
constitute temporary appointment to the office of Municipal Clerk
for the purposes of tenure within the Township of White.
