Any person who knowingly sells or furnishes alcoholic liquor
to a person who is less than 21 years of age, or who fails to make
diligent inquiry as to whether the person is less than 21 years of
age, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Any person under 21 years of age who purchases or who knowingly
transports or possesses alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Any person under 21 years of age who shall falsely represent
himself to be 21 years of age or over, for the purpose of purchasing
or obtaining alcoholic liquor, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
