The 2002 Edition of the Uniform Traffic Code for Cities, Townships
and Villages, promulgated by the director of state police, in accordance
with Public Act No. 62 of 1956 (MCLA § 257.951 et seq.),
is adopted by reference as in this article modified.
References in the Uniform Traffic Code for Michigan Cities,
Townships and Villages to "governmental unit" shall mean the Village
of Cassopolis.
