[Ordinance No. 06-05, adopted 9-13-2006, granted a franchise
to construct, operate and maintain a cable television system in the
Township to Comcast of Southeast Pennsylvania, LLC and Comcast of
Pennsylvania, LLC. Said Ord. No. 06-05 also repealed former Ch. A156,
Cable Television Franchise, adopted 5-22-1996 by Ord. No. 96-5. A
complete copy of Ord. No. 06-05 and any subsequent amendments is on
file in the Township offices.]
