A.
Speed limits for both directions of travel along Undercliff Avenue
in the Eleanor Van Gelder School Zone shall be established pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 39:4-8(b) under the Borough Engineer's certification,
seal and License Number 41635 as follows: along Undercliff Avenue
for both directions of traffic, 15 miles per hour when passing through
the Eleanor Van Gelder School Zone while "15 MPH When Flashing" signs
are operating during recess, when the presence of children is clearly
visible from the roadway or while children are going to or leaving
school during opening or closing hours.
B.
Violations and penalties. Every person convicted of a violation of
any provision of this section or any supplement thereto shall be subject
to penalty or imprisonment as expressly provided by New Jersey statute.
