The position of Deputy Tax Collector is hereby created. The
Deputy Tax Collector shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice
and consent of the Council.
During the absence or disability of the Tax Collector, the Deputy
Tax Collector shall have all the powers of the Tax Collector and shall
perform the functions and duties of such office.
The compensation of the Deputy Tax Collector shall be an annual
salary as is set forth in the current annual Salary Ordinance of the
Borough of Edgewater.
