No person shall conduct any game, entertainment or amusement
of any kind or description whatsoever on a Sunday that would disturb
the peace or quiet of the Village; this chapter shall not apply to
baseball, however, when played on grounds provided especially for
this purpose.
Any person or persons violating this chapter shall be subject
to a penalty not exceeding $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both,
for any offense, and such violation shall constitute disorderly conduct
and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
This chapter shall take effect August 20, 1932, or immediately
as to any person or firm served with a copy of this chapter.
