A.
No license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked except
after due notice and opportunity for a hearing. Pending such hearing,
licenses may be suspended.
B.
Whenever any license issued pursuant to this chapter has been suspended,
it shall be forthwith surrendered to the Borough Clerk and held by
the Borough Clerk until the expiration of the period of suspension;
and whenever any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be
revoked, said license shall be forthwith surrendered to the Borough
Clerk, who shall cancel the same.
