A. 
No license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked except after due notice and opportunity for a hearing. Pending such hearing, licenses may be suspended.
B. 
Whenever any license issued pursuant to this chapter has been suspended, it shall be forthwith surrendered to the Borough Clerk and held by the Borough Clerk until the expiration of the period of suspension; and whenever any license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked, said license shall be forthwith surrendered to the Borough Clerk, who shall cancel the same.
A. 
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty. Each day that a violation shall continue shall give rise to a separate offense.[1]

B. 
The penalty provided for in this section shall be deemed in addition to the provisions on revocation of licenses set forth in §§ 402-27 and 402-42, both inclusive.
