Members of each committee, board or commission, created or authorized
by vote of Town Meeting shall be considered Town officers and shall
be required to take the oath of office as prescribed by RSA 42:1.
The following committee members shall be required to take the
oath of office: Conservation Commission, Nashua Regional Planning
Commission, Planning Board, Recreation Committee, Zoning Board of
Adjustment, Sewer Utility Committee, Water Utility Committee, Board
of Selectmen and Budget Committee.
