A Township Planning Commission, consisting of five members, is hereby created and established for West Donegal Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, pursuant to the provisions of 53 P.S. § 10201, Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247.
The Planning Commission shall be comprised of five members, each of whom shall be appointed for a term of office of four years.
The Planning Commission shall have all the powers and duties conferred and imposed upon it as set forth in said 53 P.S. § 10201, Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, Act 247.
