A. The Village Board may, by order, at a regular or special meeting,
modify or suspend parking allowed on Village streets or in Village

alter the traffic patterns used in the Village.
B. The Village Board may, by order, at a regular or special meeting, modify or suspend vehicle weight limits set forth in §

C. Said modification or suspension may be renewed by the Village Board
for further periods of 60 days upon a finding that the circumstance
requiring the modification or suspension is likely to continue to
exist.
D. Any order made hereunder shall direct the Superintendent of the Department
of Public Works to post the signs necessary to advise motorists of
the change in allowable parking and to remove, cover or modify the

changes.
E. Upon such order being passed, the Village Clerk shall transmit a
copy thereof to the Ogden Police Department, the Monroe County Sheriff
and the New York State Police.

upon a conviction of a third or subsequent violation, all of which
were committed within a period of 18 months, such person shall be

If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause
or provision of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of competent

or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its
operation to the article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence,
clause or provision thereof directly involved in the controversy in
which such judgment shall have been rendered.
All prior ordinances, regulations and rules, or parts thereof,
of this Village regulating traffic and parking are hereby repealed,

of any ordinance, regulation or rule hereby repealed prior to the
taking effect of this chapter.
