The Board of Trustees may, by resolution (without prior public notice or hearing), suspend any provision of Chapter 103, within any part or all of the Village, if the Board of Trustees finds that such suspension would be in the public interest in order to assist implementation of any mandatory recycling program established by the Town of Southampton. Any such suspension resolution shall specify the part of Chapter 103 suspended and the terms and conditions of the suspension, including the period of the suspension. Any such suspension resolution may provide for such suspension only under particular circumstances and/or only on a particular day or days.
