Pursuant to RSA 41:25 and 41:33, the position of Town Clerk/Tax
Collector is hereby designated as a salaried position in lieu of statutory
fees, and the annual compensation of the Town Clerk/Tax Collector
shall be as set in the Town's salary schedule as it may be amended
by the Town Council. All fees collected by the Town Clerk/Tax Collector
shall be paid to the Town Treasurer, as directed by the Town Council,
for the use of the Town.
