§ 40-2-18 Submittal fees.

Any application for an amendment, special use, variation or appeal shall be accompanied by a fee. The fee shall be established by a separate ordinance of the Village Board. All fees shall be collected by the Zoning Administrator for deposit with the Village Treasurer. There shall be no such fee, however, in the case of applications filed in the public interest by members of the Village Board, the Zoning Administrator or the Zoning Board of Appeals.
