Plans for all entrances from house-trailer parks and tourist
camps to public highways shall be approved by the New York State Department
of Transportation, the Monroe County Superintendent of Public Works
or the Hamlin Superintendent of Highways.
All roadways within the trailer park or tourist camp shall be:
A. So located that each parcel or campsite is readily accessible to
the roadway.
B. Of a hard surface and dust free, not less than 16 feet in width for
one-way traffic, 20 feet in width for two-way traffic and well marked.
C. Adequately lighted at night. Minimum requirements shall be a streetlight
at the end of any roadway, any roadway intersection and at any curve
of less than 135° in the roadway.
