3-7-1 Joint ETSB.

The Village shall maintain a Joint Emergency Telephone System Board ("JESTB") in accordance and full compliance with the Emergency Telephone Systems Act, 50 ILCS 750/0.01 et seq. and an intergovernmental agreement validly approved and duly executed.

3-7-2 Powers and duties.

The JETSB shall have the powers and duties set forth in the Emergency Telephone Systems Act.
