It shall be unlawful for any person, persons or corporation
to conduct, maintain or operate any theater or moving-picture house
in the Township of Riverside aforesaid without first obtaining a license
therefor as herein provided.
The Township Committee of the Township of Riverside may, upon
application to it, grant to any person, persons or corporation a license
to conduct, maintain or operate a theater or moving-picture house
in the Township of Riverside, upon the payment of a license fee of
$250, which is imposed for costs of administration.
Said license shall not be in force after the expiration of one
year from the date thereof, but may, in the discretion of the Township
Committee, be renewed from year to year upon the payment of the license
fee aforesaid.[1]
